SunnySpot was founded by a top-tier chef with over five years of experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Japan, together with Japanese professionals who have worked in japan, Canada & the UK.

We wanted to create a place where everyone in the local community can enjoy authentic Japanese food casually and comfortably.

We take pride in offering truly authentic flavors crafted with care and quality ingredients.Our hope is that SunnySpot becomes a warm, welcoming space where people gather, connect, and feel uplifted—just like a sunny day.

## The people behind Sunny Spot

Every idea behind Sunny Spot began with a simple thought — to create a place where people can slow down, share good food, and feel a little warmth in their day.

We’re a small team who believe that food connects people.  
Inspired by Japanese balance and mindfulness, we focus on dishes that bring comfort, colour, and calm to everyday life.

From our seasonal deli to our homemade desserts, everything is crafted with care and curiosity —  
celebrating natural ingredients and the beauty of each season.
